Manchester United have made it clear Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba are not for sale this summer amid interest from Spain’s big two, claims The Daily Telegraph.
Barcelona have reportedly earmarked Rashford as their ideal choice to succeed Luis Suarez, while Pogba used the international break to flirt with Real Madrid.
The futures of both players have been subject to huge debate this season, particularly during Jose Mourinho’s time at the club.
Both players are happy under interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and have been vocal in their support for the Norwegian to get the full-time job.
However, it hasn’t stopped Pogba from using the international break to fuel talk of a summer move to Madrid.
Pogba says it would be a dream to play for Madrid and Zinedine Zidane’s return has made the defending European champions even more appealing.
United have made it clear neither Pogba nor Rashford will be sold this summer and plan to build their team around the academy graduates.
Pogba has played a direct hand in 20 league goals from central midfield this season and they have earned United an extra 19 points.
