The Belgium international, 27, is behind Dani Alves and Thilo Kehrer in the pecking order at the Parc des Princes – and could be keen on a move to Goodison Park.
Last year, Meunier revealed he would take a “step down” to join Everton in order to improve his playing time.
“What I want is to play football. I still have two years left of contract in Paris and my goal is to stay in Paris. We like it a lot.
“It’s playing in a club in the style of Everton, Valencia or Dortmund.
“Michy Batshuayi made a very good choice by going to Valencia. The pleasure is to play football and that’s what I miss for now.”
