In a tense friendly at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium on Tuesday, Brazil’s Lucas Paqueta clinched a last-gasp penalty to salvage a fortunate 3-3 draw against Spain.

Despite the hosts initially dominating, securing a two-goal advantage through Rodri’s penalty and Dani Olmo’s strike, Rodrygo narrowed the gap before halftime following a goalkeeping error by Unai Simon. Brazil’s Endrick, a teenage talent, entered the field to equalize from a corner just four minutes into the second half.

However, Rodri restored Spain’s lead with another penalty in the 86th minute. Yet, Brazil found an equalizer deep into added time when Galeno was brought down in the box, allowing Paqueta to calmly convert from the spot.
