Chelsea FC have partnered with Dubai-based DAMAC Properties as their front-of-shirt sponsor for the remainder of the 2024-25 season. The deal ends the club’s long jersey sponsorship void and includes both the men’s and women’s teams, as well as an ambitious branded real estate project in Dubai.
After spending much of the 2024–25 season without a shirt sponsor, Chelsea FC have officially announced a new partnership with Dubai-based DAMAC Properties, who will appear on the front of the club’s jerseys for the rest of the season. The deal was confirmed on Wednesday and comes as the Premier League campaign reaches its crucial final stretch.
Until now, Chelsea’s shirts have been notably blank following the end of their brief preseason sponsorship with Infinite Athlete. The new agreement with DAMAC will cover the final four Premier League matches and all remaining UEFA Europa Conference League fixtures — including Thursday’s semifinal first leg clash against Djurgården in Stockholm, where the new kit will debut.
The sponsorship will also extend to Chelsea’s women’s team, who, like their male counterparts, have four fixtures remaining in their season. The move reflects a unified front across the club and adds commercial weight at a critical time in the calendar.
But the partnership goes beyond the pitch. As part of the agreement, DAMAC will develop a luxury, football-themed residential project in Dubai titled Chelsea Residences by DAMAC. Set along the seafront, the project will feature over 1,400 high-end homes with access to exclusive Chelsea-branded health, fitness, and wellbeing amenities — a clear play at merging lifestyle, sport, and branding into one high-profile venture.
In a statement, Chelsea described the project as “first-of-its-kind,” emphasizing its focus on well-being and the club’s expanding global influence.
What remains uncertain is whether DAMAC will continue their shirt presence into Chelsea’s participation in the FIFA Club World Cup this summer, which runs from June 14 to July 13. For now, however, the club finally has a fresh look — and a new global partner to match.
