Ulinzi Stars and Nzoia Sugar battled to a 1-1 draw in the Football Kenya Federation Premier League game at Mumias Complex on 21st March 2021, Sunday.

John Njuguna opened the scoring in favour of the four-time champions before James Kibande equalized for the Sugar Millers.

In the soggy Mumias Stadium, thanks to the heavy downpour, the Sugar Millers pushed for an equalizer and they were almost rewarded in the eighth minute when Moses Mwale beat his marker but his effort was gathered well by James Saruni.

Nzoia finally managed to pull level in the 34th minute. Defensive lapses allowed the unmarked Kibande to beat Saruni from close range to make it 1-1.

In another match KCB were also held to a 1-1 draw at home in the FKFPL game played at Utalii Football Field

In Bukhungu Stadium Kakamega Homeboyz took the lead early in the first half and held tightly onto it for the victory despite Batoto ba Mungu's late determination, Kakamega Homeboyz took a seventh-minute lead through Opoku to stun the visitors who were, however, looking a stabilised side by the time they conceded.
