Everton’s Second-Half Surge Stuns Fulham

Three goals, one comeback, and a statement win — Everton turned on the style after the break to defeat Fulham 3-1 at Craven Cottage and breathe life into their faltering season.

Everton produced a spirited second-half performance to beat Fulham 3-1 away from home, lifting the pressure on David Moyes' side and dealing a blow to Marco Silva’s European ambitions.

The match began with Fulham asserting early control, capped by Raul Jimenez’s well-taken header from an Emile Smith Rowe cross. But Everton struck back just before halftime, as Vitalii Mykolenko’s shot deflected cruelly off Andreas Pereira to level matters.

The Toffees came out of the blocks flying in the second half. Michael Keane headed them in front from a Dwight McNeil corner, and moments later, Beto capped off a devastating counterattack with a precise finish into the bottom corner — his eighth goal of the campaign.

Everton, meanwhile, take much-needed momentum into their emotional return to Goodison Park next week, while Fulham will need to regroup quickly if they are to stay in the hunt for a European spot.
