FKF has confirmed the appointment of ‘Ghost’ Mulee as the new Harambee Stars head coach | Kenya

Mulee, the first local coach to lead Kenya to the Africa Cup of Nations, returns to football management after over a decade of absence.

Mulee, a journalist by training, guided Kenya at the 2004 Afcon finals in Tunisia where he won just one match.

He would later take charge of the team at the 2010 Cecafa Senior Challenge before he moved back to media as a radio host.

But on Wednesday, Mulee was unveiled as the replacement for Francis Kimanzi who was fired with some of his backroom staff

Mulee’s first assignment on the sidelines will be to guide the team at the Afcon Qualifier at home against Comoros on November 11.

Stars are in the same group as Comoros, Togo and Egypt.
