As Ulinzi Stars, a prominent team in the Football Kenya Federation Premier League and a part of the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) family, mourns the tragic loss of its members, the impact of these deaths resonates deeply across Kenya.

In a solemn tribute to the fallen soldiers, all local matches from April 19 to April 29 will commence with a minute of silence before kick-off, symbolizing the nation’s heartfelt respect and remembrance for those who made the ultimate sacrifice. This gesture underscores the unity and solidarity within the Kenyan football community, standing in solidarity with the KDF during this period of mourning.
