Manchester United have reached an agreement with Crystal Palace to sign right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka

The defender’s move to the Red Devils has been edging closer in recent days with reports suggesting he is set for a medical at Old Trafford.

United have reportedly had two previous bids for the England Under-21 international rejected.

The Guardian suggest Palace turned down a second bid for their academy graduate due to questionable add-ons proposed by United.

They report that the offer contained a £35m fee with an additional £15m in add-ons, dependent upon personal and collective honours, one of which is said to be United winning the Champions League.

The Eagles are believed to see that as unrealistic and would prefer to receive the money up front, while they also wished to reduce or cancel United’s sell-on clause for Wilfried Zaha.

However, the deal reportedly agreed means the Red Devils still receive 25 per cent of any transfer fee a club pays for the Ivory Coast forward.
