Stima suffered a 1-0 loss in the hands of Wazito FC on Wednesday evening. Eric Otieno scored the only goal in the second half to hand Wazito vital three points, sending Stima to the second division of the KPL.

Meanwhile, Mathare United have survived relegation after beating Ulinzi Stars 1-0. The Slum Boyz have one game at hand ahead of the final game of the season and are above Stima by a point.

Meanwhile, Tusker FC are edging closer to lifting the KPL title despite being held in a barren draw at Nzoia Sugar.

The Brewers still hold their three-point advantage heading into the weekend’s final day outing after KCB dropped points in a 1-1 draw with AFC Leopards.

Tusker are all guaranteed to clinch the title with KCB needing to win away at Nairobi City Stars by at least seven goals and hope the Brewers lose at home to Bidco United.

In another game

Gor Mahia registered a 1-0 victory over Posta Rangers in a Kenyan Premier League match staged at Ruaraka on Wednesday.

Samuel Onyango scored the only goal that brought the difference at full time.
