The Toffees sealed a three-year deal with the company, an online used car platform, becoming the main sponsor on the front of the first-team shirt and training kits.
Cazoo will replace SportPesa when the current campaign, which has been stopped in its tracks by the coronavirus pandemic, finally finishes in July.
Everton have not released the financial terms, but it is understood to be similar to the previous arrangement which was worth around £9.6 million a year.
The difference with the Cazoo deal is it does not include the Everton Women’s team or academy sides, enabling Everton to pursue alternative partners beyond the men’s senior squad.
