Gor Mahia were held to a goalless draw by Kakamega Homeboyz in their Football Kenya Federation Premier League fixture at Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos, on Saturday, April 6, 2024.

The reigning champions delivered a lacklustre performance, settling for just a single point from the match.

In another match Football Kenya Federation Premier League Shabana FC ended their winless streak of nine matches by convincingly defeating Posta Rangers 3-0 at the Raila Odinga Stadium in Homa Bay on Saturday.

After struggling to score in their previous eight matches, where they only netted three goals and conceded 13, Shabana displayed clinical finishing against Posta Rangers, establishing a 3-0 lead by the 47th minute. John Kamau's side, previously ranked fifth in the table, encountered significant challenges during the match.

Kariobangi Sharks secured an exciting 3-2 victory against Tusker FC in an FKF Premier League encounter held on Saturday, April 6, at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.

Despite the win, Sharks maintained their position in 12th place on the table. Tusker, on the other hand, stayed in second place, trailing Gor Mahia by seven points. Gor Mahia was set to face Kakamega Homeboyz later in the day.
