John Kamau's side, previously ranked fifth in the table, encountered significant challenges during the match.

Kariobangi Sharks secured an exciting 3-2 victory against Tusker FC in an FKF Premier League encounter held on Saturday, April 6, at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.

Despite the win, Sharks maintained their position in 12th place on the table. Tusker, on the other hand, stayed in second place, trailing Gor Mahia by seven points. Gor Mahia was set to face Kakamega Homeboyz later in the day.
